Follow-up to #32. Treat every recognized clicktrail_referral_* attribute as occupied by key presence, even when its stored value is non-string or empty, so first-snapshot-wins cannot overwrite existing Chatwoot custom-attribute definitions. Adds a regression test for a numeric existing value.
