Closing in favor of #251 by @pluseight8 — one Russian site PR is enough. His pack is further along (checks green, review in progress) and more precise on overlapping strings. I'll focus on the system locale side (menu/shell packs). See my note to him: #251 (comment) |

First Russian locale for the site: registers
ruinsrc/i18n/locales.json(proposed domain https://ru.omarchy.org, following the subdomain pattern of the other recent locales — happy to change it to whatever the maintainers prefer) and addssrc/i18n/messages/ru.jsonwith the translated UI strings.Related system-localization work (shell menu, shell/CLI catalogs, Russian pack): omacom/omarchy#8765.
