This PR introduces the first version of the Ukrainian language translation.
Special thanks to @Terrorwolf01 (#348) for making it possible.
PR created as a draft, because I'm still testing the correctness of the translation.
Some of the translated phrases could sound a little weird to a fluent speaker, so I want to use it myself for some time and then change the state of this PR from draft to open.
The current version is fully translated and proofread by me, however not all of the translation has been tested in the context of the application, which is what I plan to do. Below are a few examples of how the translation looks.
