Add Specter Shield Metal Case (orange pioneer)

What

Adds a CNC-machined metal case as an alternative housing for the Specter Shield + F469-Discovery, in a new folder shield/Specter Shield Metal Case (orange pioneer)/:

• STEP files for the base, top cover, pusher and slider (v1.3), plus drawings (PDF) for pusher and slider
• README with a product photo, the scanner mounting screw sizes (M1x6 for the M3Y scanner, 1.4x4 for the GM65) and the build video
• A new "Metal case" entry in shield/README.md linking to the folder

Background

The case is based on the original design by @geometrick-design, which was professionally manufactured and is compatible with the standard Specter Shield board. Version 1.3 was reworked by @Schnuartz to make it compatible with the M3Y QR scanner module.

Notes

• Only documentation and CAD files are added, no firmware or code changes.
• The product photo is a resized copy (1600px, ~120 KB) to keep the repo small.

Thanks for the ping. I reviewed the docs/CAD-only change and did a quick verification pass:

• local markdown target checks for the new/changed links all resolve
• succeeds locally on Python 3.11
• firmware/native/test GitHub checks are green

The remaining red status is the Netlify deploy preview from Oct 5. That looks like the same stale Netlify Python 3.8 issue fixed by #442, which is now merged into . Please update/rebase this PR branch against current (or otherwise retrigger Netlify after picking up ) so the deploy preview can go green.
