Adds OpenTelemetry support to atticd, exporting traces, structured logs, and metrics through OTLP over HTTP/protobuf or gRPC. Includes instrumentation for HTTP requests, uploads, downloads, database operations, and garbage collection. OTLP export is opt-in when an endpoint is configured; existing local tracing logs continue unchanged otherwise.
