I was trying to upgrade and noticed there was no published docker image (at https://github.com/zhaofengli/attic/pkgs/container/attic) for the latest main commit (7a19204)

I suspect it's something to do with your docker libs being too recent (I had this happen to me in https://github.com/Cottand/selfhosted with skopeo). Your setup is different but I see you also use skopeo here.
I personally fixed it by not using skopeo from nixpkgs. Might work for you!
