Currently,
get_line_with_second_order_maps()keeps the elements named insplit_atAND includes them in the following map. Hence, splitting at active elements, e.g. with the goal of keeping certain elements intact, will yield wrong results. This changes the behavior that the elements to split at are NOT considered for second-order map generation.
