Description

A new implementation of the Harmonic Analysis (HA) algorithm used for finding multipole coefficients from a fieldmap has been added to the source code. This solves numerical stability, optimizes the speed of computation and achieves machine level accuracy.
The folder preliminaryTrials contains various tests of the HA and finite difference derivatives on-axis (FD) algorithms to recover multipole coefficients from field maps in straight and curved frames to demonstrate accuracy performances.
It also includes tests of tracking scenarios in straight and curved frames to demonstrate the impact of curvature for multipole coefficients used as input for the vector potential.
Changes the appearance of plotting of field maps adding axis labels and scales.
