i18n(fr): update resources/plugins.mdx

Description

Adds changes from #3798 to the French translation of resources/plugins.mdx.

Note that I wasn't sure how to translate Light DOM... TIL that MDN translates Shadow DOM with "DOM d'ombre", so I guess the opposite would be "DOM de lumière" but this sounds odd... instead I used "DOM principal".

“DOM d’ombre” is about as strange as “Shadow DOM” was to begin with 😁

This looks good to me, although maybe @HiDeoo has heard of a different “light DOM” translation.

"DOM classique" and "DOM principal" are the only one I have ever encountered in the wild, other than that it's usually not translated at all.

Yeah, at least, this should sound familiar to French readers. The English version of the page I linked use "main DOM" and this is translated with "DOM principal".

Now, if we don't want to translate "Shadow DOM" in the future, happy to revisit that to not translate "Light DOM"! I checked the card length and it doesn't allow us to shorten it by one line, so I think that's fine for now.
