Minimal macOS app launcher.
brew install wickes1/tap/kometbrew upgrade wickes1/tap/kometNote: Komet is unsigned. The cask strips the Gatekeeper quarantine attribute on install. If you still see a Gatekeeper warning, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
After upgrading, you need to re-grant Accessibility permission:
- Quit Komet (
Cmd+Qor click menu bar 🔍 icon) - Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility
- Remove Komet from the list (select and click −)
- Click + and add Komet back
- Reopen Komet
This is a macOS limitation - permissions are tied to the app binary which changes on upgrade.
To start Komet automatically when you log in:
System Settings → General → Login Items → Click + → Select Komet
