There is a lot here, almost all cosmetic. While we are adding descriptions to older legacy pages we dont' care as much about (old blogs) they are deprioritized in the sitemap.xml. So let's just accept for now.

Eight pages have SEO-stuffed titles that read awkwardly as page headers (e.g., "Interfaces — WASI and Wasm Component Model"). Adds `hide_title: true` plus a `sidebar_label` and a short manual H1 so the SEO `<title>` is preserved while the rendered page heading and sidebar label stay readable.
