Briefly discussed in TF call 9/19/2025. Maybe change "short name" to "label"?
I ended up changing more than I had planned to! Use option to ignore white space.

Added a note to clarify that the "short name" rule applies generally, with the exception of success criterion 1.2.8 Media Alternative (Prerecorded). Although its short name does not include "video-only," it is still required for prerecorded video-only media at WCAG Level AAA.
