Add an experimental T330W card profile and catalog identity using exact bottom-center VIOFO T330W OCR, not shared VIOFO filename/folder shape. Preserve neutral RO parking semantics when impact is unproven. Tests cover generic fallback with no model stamp, profile/channel mapping, and optional owner-frame OCR regression. Local packaged verification recognized all three owner-provided frames converted to temporary test videos, rejected an unstamped version, and passed privacy/worker tests. Release 0.1.29.
