Support for the new Steam Controller is currently being implemented in SDL (libsdl-org/SDL#15528).
That implementation uses one more MISC button to map the left grip.
This PR adds a new misc button: MISC6 that will be used by SDL. Without it, the thread panics when the left grip is touched.
Tested with the changes from above mentioned PR.
