Relocate the OIDC-signed SSH command from the top-level CLI to the beta clusters namespace. The implementation moves to together.lib.cli.api.beta.clusters.ssh and help examples are updated to document tg beta clusters ssh. Co-authored-by: Cursor Agent <cursoragent@cursor.com>
