Summary

  • switch the production CMS provider to Payload at build and runtime
  • use the deployed Payload Worker while cms.epyc.in remains on Strapi
  • keep production in published-only mode

Cutover gate

  • fresh Strapi export: 29 published blogs, 90 projects, 83 gallery items
  • Payload import: complete
  • parity: matching counts and order, zero unexplained differences
  • CMS tests: 22 passed
  • TypeScript: passed

After this lands in main, main will be promoted to the production branch to deploy.
