Every capability claim in the paper carries one of three marks, and the marks are load-bearing:

| DESIGNED | A concrete construction, buildable on the chain's actual runtime today, with named standards and named dependencies. Not yet fired. |
| SPECULATIVE | Depends on infrastructure or standards the chain may not have. Stated so the edge of the map is visible. |
The registry's product is honesty, so the paper is typed the way the platform is built. Where it says proven, an appendix row gives the transaction. Where the honest answer is not yet, the paper says not yet.

reconstructable from chain 964 by a third party with no access to the platform.
The shelf is honest. The seats are numbered. The ledger keeps the score.
