[Doc] Add examples of custom endpoints (what's Melodiia is made for!) #62

The current documentation shows how to make a CRUD but it's actually not what Melodiia is designed for.

The documentation should be more explicit about what Melodiia is about and show examples:

• Error normalization
• Building documentation
• Custom endpoints and API responses
