Updates the documented “Theoretical Max TPS” benchmark results to include newer stellar-core releases up through the v27.1.0 timeframe, extending the historical results table used to track throughput over time.
Changes:
- Added new max TPS result rows for core versions 27.1.0 and 27.0.0.
- Added an additional 26.0.0 result row using a newer core image / supercluster commit combination.
