   Starting on this. Send will resolve a typed Starknet name (for example altaga.braavos.stark) to the account address it points at through the Starknet ID naming contract on the active network, then build the review from that resolved address while keeping the typed name as the visible recipient label. A name that is not registered will say so in the field rather than committing a recipient.
