Adds Drizzle 1.x support while retaining compatibility with 0.x from 0.36.2. Both adapters share SQL composition logic, with separate handling for their native relation APIs.

The new @ucast/sql/drizzle-orm/v1.x entry supports defineRelations(), including many-to-many joins and predefined relation filters:

Includes shared behavior tests, version-specific relation and casing tests, and ESM/CommonJS exports with matching TypeScript declarations.
