* docs: add Launchpad for AI documentation section Add a Launchpad for AI top-nav tab between Tutorials and Downloads in the site navbar. Isolate the Launchpad for AI content from the main Palette docs sidebar so it appears only under its own tab. Add placeholder pages for the landing overview, get started, architecture, system requirements, and release notes.
