📝 Describe the Change

This PR documents the upcoming imagePullSecret breaking change in 4.9.b - 4.10.0.

While verifying functionality and spinning up a Helm based cluster, it also surfaced several problems with the existing install guides. As a result, I updated the steps accordingly and pulled in several related ad-hocs in the process. The pages are significantly more accurate now and have been converted into partials for easier maintenance in the future.

NOTE: Currently, we are still waiting on pause agent upgrade steps and Palette CLI steps from engineering. If they are not provided by EOD (24 June 2026), these sections will be removed before release; if provided on time, I will rerelease these sections in particular for review
