Summary

• Updated Node.js from 24 to 26 (node:26.13.0-trixie-slim, LTS)
• Node.js 25+ no longer bundles corepack, so it is now installed from npm, pinned with ARG COREPACK_VERSION (0.36.0)
• npm's cache for that install goes to /tmp, so no root-owned files end up in npm_config_cache

Decisions and skipped steps

• Stacked on Merged the builder_nodejs image into builder #96; merge that first.
• Dependabot ignores major updates, so it keeps Node on 26.x. It can't track the corepack version; bump that by hand like Xdebug and fixuid.
• Only the FPM builder was built and tested locally; the Apache and FrankenPHP variants are left to CI.
