docs: Deslop managing studios

I used #1500 to manually run the deslop command I'm developing. Open to feedback.

Structure

• Removed the :::tip admonition — it restated the lead's recommendation. Its one fact (faster startup, simpler resource management) is now in the lead paragraph.
• Removed the #### How it works heading and folded its paragraph into the task lead.
• Removed the duplicate "Confirm the Studio is stopped" step — the prerequisites list already asserts it.
• Removed the ### Troubleshooting subsection and replaced it with a one-line pointer to the Studios troubleshooting page.

Headings renamed (no inbound links to the old auto-anchors; verified)

• In-place migration (recommended) → Migrate in place (recommended)
• Migration from scratch → Migrate from scratch
• Which CEs appear in the selector → Compatible compute environments
• What happens to resource labels → Resource label changes (explicit {#resource-labels-on-migration} anchor preserved; in-page link text updated to match)

Prose

• Replaced 4 decorative em-dashes with periods or commas.
• Removed a , so clause join and passive constructions ("Two migration paths are supported", "is switched to CE-B", "must be copied", "must be able to").
• Trimmed padding: "in a stopped state" → "stopped", "when you want to preserve" → "to preserve", "automatically syncs" → "syncs", removed "as described below".

• Added three migration entries (before the security-scan section), one symptom per ## heading to match the page convention:
  • New compute environment doesn't appear in the dropdown when migrating a Studio — links to the migration section in managing.md.
  • Studio fails to start after switching compute environments
  • Resource labels change after switching compute environments — links to the #resource-labels-on-migration anchor.
• Spelled out "compute environment" throughout (CE isn't defined on this page) and used inline links to match the page style.
• Updated last updated frontmatter to 2026-06-03.
