This test-fork PR brings the latest browser-preview.yml and dispatcher tests from upstream PR cryptoadvance#440 onto the fork default branch. Once merged, a separate harmless test PR can verify the automatic pull_request_target → simulator dispatch → Pages publish → same-comment update flow. This affects only schnuartz-ai/specter-diy; it does not change cryptoadvance/specter-diy.
