feat: migrate web hosting to Azure

Migration of devglobe web hosting to Azure. This PR implements key infrastructure and feature transitions:

• STANDALONE CONTAINER IMAGE: Migrated to a Next.js standalone container deployment.
• OIDC ACR WORKFLOW: Integrated GitHub Actions deployment via OIDC authentication with Azure Container Registry.
• WEEKLY DIGEST FUNCTION: Added an Azure weekly digest timer trigger function.
• REMOVED VERCEL & ANALYTICS: Cleaned up vercel.json configurations and analytics-related files/calls using a mock analytics script.
• VALIDATION: Successfully passed validation checks (
  pm run build\ and 145/145 unit tests passed local validation).
