Driver Name Update in E-Way Bill #4947

Information about bug

Currently, the system does not record or send the Driver details in the E-Way bill via the E-Way Bill Log.
Hence, when we try to make the Driver Name Allow On Submit and update the Driver Name (Which ideally should not have any impact on way bill), the system validates this as a modification in the Transporter Details and asks the user to cancel-amend the E-Way Bill.

However, the Driver Details are not even sent to the Portal via the Log:

Hence, the system should allow the user to change the Driver even after the document is submitted.
