[FEATURE] Add WebP export alongside the existing MP4/WebM/MKV/GIF options #1786
Feature description FormatSelector.tsx currently supports MP4, WebM, MKV, and GIF (:13-16) — GIF already exists, so this is specifically about adding WebP (animated), which doesn't.
Problem this solves
Animated WebP is significantly smaller than GIF at comparable quality and is well-supported for the same use cases (short looping clips, social/chat use) — a natural complement to the existing GIF option, not a replacement.
Proposed solution
Add a webp format option; FFmpeg supports animated WebP encoding via -c:v libwebp. Wire it through the same recipe/export pipeline as the other formats in ffmpeg.ts/ffmpeg.worker.ts.
Alternatives considered
None — this is a scoped, additive change to an existing, well-understood pipeline.
