Bug description
TipCarousel.tsx auto-advances every 6 seconds (setInterval(rotateTip, 6000) at lines 61 and 78) with no pause-on-hover, no pause-on-focus, no visible pause/stop control, and no aria-live region announcing the change. This is a direct violation of WCAG 2.2.2 (Pause, Stop, Hide) for any content that auto-updates.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load the homepage
  2. Locate the tip carousel; watch it change every 6 seconds regardless of mouse/keyboard interaction

Expected behavior
Pausing on hover/focus at minimum, ideally a visible pause control, per WCAG 2.2.2.

Actual behavior
No way to stop the auto-rotation.

    Architecture notes

    Reframe is a static Next.js app with output: "export". Key points:

    • All video processing uses FFmpeg.wasm (client-side, no server)
    • headers() in next.config.ts won't work — use vercel.json instead
    • not-found.tsx requires public/404.html + vercel.json routes config
