Adds the Proofline Community Services Redlib instance.

This is a best-effort public Redlib instance operated by Proofline Community Services and hosted on Proofline-operated dedicated hardware in Victoria, Australia.

Updated generated files:

• instances.txt
• instances.json
• instances.md

Validation:

• Confirmed the instance is reachable externally.
• Ran generate-instances-json.sh.
• Ran generate-instances-markdown.py.
• Ran git diff --check.

Note: generate-instances-json.sh -e was required due to unrelated existing instance reachability failures during generation, not because the Proofline instance was unreachable.

Hi, just checking whether this repository is still accepting instance-list updates.

I previously operated one of the larger public Libreddit instances, and I’m now operating https://redlib.proofline.live as a best-effort public Redlib instance under Proofline Community Services. The instance has external monitoring, a public status page, planned maintenance handling, anti-abuse protection, and generated files updated as documented in this PR.

I’m also happy to help maintain redlib-instances if maintainer time is limited. I can help review instance-add/remove PRs, validate reachable instances, regenerate instances.json / instances.md, and keep the list current.

Updated this PR to include the new optional Tor onion access URL for the Proofline Redlib instance:

The clearnet URL remains the primary listed public instance URL. The onion service is provided as an optional best-effort access path for users who want to avoid the clearnet/Cloudflare delivery path.
