added some new instructions at the bottom of the codespaces setup on "how to resume" - sometimes the codespaces go to sleep over the lunch break or people might want to go home and hack some more, screenshots:

added a subtle drop shadow around some of the fullscreen screenshots so they are easier to distinguish on the web page.
