Add a modprobe soft dependency to task-a733 so rpi-panel-v2-regulator loads before pvrsrvkm. This addresses desktop startup failures when the GPU registers as card0 before the display controller. Use a package trigger to update initramfs when task-a733 is installed, upgraded or removed. Signed-off-by: Wang Yongsen <wangyongsen@radxa.com>

Trigger initramfs updates when task-allwinner is configured or removed so the early boot configuration follows package changes.
