   #402 fixed 14 of the 17 high alerts, mostly with lockfile refreshes, plus narrow resolutions for adm-zip and undici, which @module-federation/dts-plugin pins exactly. Most rows here should clear on the next run.

   What's left:

   • basic-ftp: the fix is only in 6.x, and get-uri still requires ^5.
   • @graphql-tools/utils: the fix is only in 12.x, and mockttp still requires an older major.
   • node-forge: no patched version yet.

   The /packages/app rows fail with security_update_dependency_not_found because the lockfile is at the repo root, not in /packages/app.
