When
auditwheel repairrejects a requested policy because the wheel uses too-recent versioned symbols, include the offending library and symbol-version requirements in the error message instead of only suggesting an older toolchain.The comparison intentionally mirrors the existing policy semantics: version namespaces that are not constrained by the requested policy remain ignored.
Tests add coverage through the
repairCLI path and verify that an incompatibleGLIBCrequirement is reported while an unconstrainedOPENSSLrequirement is not.
