fix(helm): Fix typo in helm template for brokerJob image tag

Currently, in the helm template, the tag for the brokerJob is not taken into account.

@ananos I'm not sure why adding the label wouldn't automatically update the patch version.

Could please run ./version.sh -u -p and push the changes please?

hmm, I also rebased over main -- probably shoudn't do that I guess.. let me revert..

@ananos I believe once #777 is merged, you should be able to do another rebase and the CI should pass.
