Addresses #527

Changes

  • Applied the documentation link fix across all language-specific MDX files
  • Updated incorrect colorMode() reference links in localized documentation
  • Replaced #/colorMode with #/p5/colorMode for consistency
  • Ensures proper navigation to the colorMode() reference page across all translations

Hi! I started to review this and realized the PR implements the fix in this repository, although the source of truth for reference is in p5.js (see: https://p5js.org/contribute/contributing_to_the_p5js_reference/ and please feel free to ask for help in the discord.p5js.org #p5js-website channel). When Englihs translations are updated, on the next release, the change will be applied. Translation/localization then can happen the on the site and could use the translation tracker script (it has a command-line option to run locally to find mismatched translations)
