Adiciona a documentação e o processo de QA ao projeto: um guia de contribuição específico para quem quer testar o sistema (CONTRIBUTING-QA.md), complementando o guia de contribuição geral, e um documento de análise de requisitos e regras de negócio da camada web (qa/analise-requisitos-e-regras/regras-de-negocio.md), organizado por módulo, servindo como base para escrita de casos de teste e priorização de testes exploratórios.
O guia de QA define convenções de nomenclatura para casos de teste (CT-NNN), bugs (BUG-AAAAMMDD-NNN) e melhorias (MELHORIA-AAAAMMDD-NNN), além de orientar sobre testes exploratórios, automação e ambiente de testes sem alterar nenhum código de produção, apenas documentação.
