watchfiles upgraded to 1.3.0 for 3.15 wheels.
Lazy annotations are native since Python 3.14.

Bump
requires-python, classifiers,.python-version, docs and CI/release workflows to Python 3.15. Upgradewatchfilesto 1.3.0, since 1.1.1 has no 3.15 wheel and fails to build. Dropfrom __future__ import annotations, which is no longer needed now that annotations are lazy natively.
