chore(web): remove dead genai-projects feature

Pure dead-code removal. features/genai-projects (GenAIProjects + its CSS module) is exported but imported and routed nowhere — confirmed zero references across the repo. It held a third stale copy of the portfolio data with pre-rebrand Rooivalk URLs (phoenixrooivalk.com, github.com/JustAGhosT/PhoenixRooivalk) — the same drift class consolidated away in #216. Canonical listing lives in features/portfolio backed by PORTFOLIO_PROJECTS.

Verified: vite build green, no behavior change.
