kiritan スキルを最新版に更新する #1

このリポジトリには kiritan の Agent Skill が入っている(skills-lock.json の source: "otnc/kiritan")。

元リポジトリで SKILL.md が Agent Skills の仕様(https://agentskills.io/specification)と skills CLI(https://github.com/vercel-labs/skills)の流儀に合わせて再構成された(https://github.com/otnc/kiritan/issues/72 、PR otnc/kiritan#73 ):

• SKILL.md を分割し、catalog/sidecar ストラテジー・ランタイムi18n・設定と補間の詳細を references/ 配下(strategies.md / runtime.md / config.md)に移動
• frontmatter に license / compatibility を追加
• CLI コマンド表に kiritan init を追加

やること

• Align skills/kiritan with the Agent Skills spec and the skills CLI kiritan#73 が main にマージされたら、npx skills update kiritan を実行する
• 更新後、.agents/skills/kiritan/references/ が増えていることと、SKILL.md の frontmatter に license / compatibility が入っていることを確認する
