These options are useful for avoiding larger roads. In many countries, roads with multiple lanes are not exclusively classified as highways. The "avoid one-way" option is helpful when the lanes tag is missing. Large multi-lane roads often have a physical barrier in the middle and are therefore effectively one-way in OSM.

Motivation
I"m using OsmAnd to travel around the world on a motorcycle. Driving on roads with multiple-lanes in the same direction is more dangerous and less interesting. My goal is to always avoid them. These big roads are especially in Turkey and Thailand not classified as a Highway.
