P3: This bump ships product features (new `infrahubctl schema format`, IPAddress kind, task-manager retry/cancel) and behavior changes to the editable-bundled SDK (schema models now drop unknown fields; write defaults change so programmatically-built schema round-trip output changes) on the `stable` base branch. Per the base-branch policy, a product feature (not a pure fix) targeting stable should be called out as a low-severity note: confirm this is an intentional hotfix path rather than an accidental stable merge. Non-blocking.</violation>
