added a new menu item for media, and two initial blocks to connect

This is an intial PR that is still missing
a) a Discourse category for Media posts
b) an agreed email alias to take questions.

Nice! :) Regarding the points:

• We can create a Discourse category – should we just call it "Media" or should it be part of any other category? cc @jonatoni @kristiprogri @jwflory
• We do have the email alias hi@, which currently goes to 7 people (who were originally added, we should maintain a list of that on the forum actually) – we could use that one. Should possibly obfuscate it a bit cause of spam.
