For each assignment type, the (0 / 7 Complete) should be the total number of assignments, not the total points. For example, in a course with 7 homework where the learner has completed 3, it should read "3 / 7 complete"
For Android: in dark mode there should be a background for the progress bar. Currently in the empty state in dark mode it looks like this:
It should look like this:
For iOS: Can we reduce the padding from "Course Completion" header to match other pages?

@edschema, it seems like we didn't capture it in the requirements. Above that, I should say that the web behavior doesn't reflect the behavior you're describing. On the web, there's the total score per section and the problem score. Therefore, it seems consistent to show the completed / earned points of the total score
The detailed grades are showing individual assignments. The screen on the mobile progress page is showing totals for assignment types, it's not showing the same thing as the screenshot above.

You're right, but neither web has the requested behavior (X of Y completed assignments but not points) nor a number of points earned out of total number of points of all the assignments.
Following the logic of the web platform, where we have individual assignments score, we implemented the mobile referring to that functionality on web that seems logical and consistent. On the backend, we have no such data like # of assignments within a section, either.
If you don't see it this way, do you want us to provide the ability of backend to give out this data (get the number of assignments) to mobile apps and then calculate the completed ones out of the total number of assignments within a section?
I'm surprised here by the comment that this wasn't captured in the requirements @stan-neichev - I think this was demoed several times and discussed.
In the future we need to call out times when there is any development ambiguity on the meaning of different areas of the application, because the 0 / 7 and 0 /1 numbers above (for Homeworks and Final Exam, respectively) represent total count of assignment and completed count.
On the assignment tabs we have all the assignments per category and their status (not started, in progress, completed). Is that enough context to calculate the number of completed assignments on the mobile application without additional backend data changes at this point? FYI @volodymyr-chekyrta
We're working on that now with the team to implement the logic you describe, but seems like we still need to add a new field to the backend to be able to calculate the number of assignments within a subsection because by default there's no data on BE about assignment count.
From the business perspective, it's enough data to implement it correctly, thanks!
Do we need a backend field at all? The assignments tab already pulls down all assignments, so we know how many homeworks there are, how many of eac hassignment type there are. Can't we count those on the client? @stan-neichev / @volodymyr-chekyrta

Both Android and iOS PRs are merged. Pending AC testing. Will wait until more features are added to test in iOS and Android builds.

Clarified from the team -
yes, we need the field on BE, but the calculations will be done on FE (mobile) sideUPD: decided to handle the calculation on mobile not to complicate the API
