A test case exists in the ULMO Testing doc that has no documentation. Therefore, documentation is required. Here is the ULMO Test case:

Test Title:
Bulk migrate legacy libraries

Notes:
All selected legacy libraries are successfully migrated to the new libraries experience with all content preserved

Description:

Access the library migration tool
Select multiple legacy libraries to migrate
Start migration process
Wait for completion
