Light mode and language buttons are not working in the navbar

Describe the bug

The Light mode toggle and Language selection buttons in the navigation bar do not respond when clicked.
There is no visual change or functionality triggered, which makes these features unusable for users.

To Reproduce

1. Open the AgriTech website
2. Look at the top navigation bar
3. Click on the Light mode button
4. Click on the Language button
5. Observe that no action or change occurs

Expected behavior

Clicking the Light mode button should toggle between light and dark themes.
Clicking the Language button should allow switching between available languages.
This issue was observed on desktop using Google Chrome.
