Register the tray for Windows suspend/resume notifications so Modern Standby can pause Omarchy before the launcher is suspended. Resume only a pause the launcher still owns; preserve manual pauses, ignore duplicate transitions and leave uncertain failures paused with a recovery log.
Use a dedicated private power monitor so a held pause cannot block shutdown or other QMP controls. Also correct older parity text that lists shipped features as unfinished.
Validation:
Related to #216. Physical Modern Standby and S3 sleep on this candidate remain untested. No S0 test host is available. Reporter confirmation and XWayland authentication remain open; the shipped watchdog fix does not establish either.
