Time to decide a standard? An attempt for standardizing BIDS format for layer-fMRI
Short description and the goals for the OHBM BrainHack
High-resolution fMRI (a.k.a. layer-fMRI) is an emerging neuroimaging technique that enables the investigation of brain activity at unprecedented spatial resolution. Despite the considerable cost of data acquisition, many researchers are committed to sharing their datasets with the broader community.
However, there is currently no standard way to organize and share these datasets.
In this project, we would like to:
- Discuss which files should be shared.
- Discuss which data formats should be used.
- Create guidelines and provide an example dataset.
