Fixes found while using the stack daily: our own profile wiped itself down to one field whenever a single key changed, away showed green in one place and yellow in another, and the macOS app piled up tray icons with a dead Quit.

  • Profile: every METADATA line about us updates the cache and copies our whole record into the user panel and our channel entries. FAIL METADATA reads its fields in spec order.
  • Away: our own away state comes from every source (305/306, away-notify, WHO). Sending a chat message while away marks us back.
  • Notifications stay quiet only for the chat open in a focused window.
  • Desktop tray: we replace the tray on every page load, so there is one icon and its menu works.
  • Bots open in the right pane like a profile, with "View bot" in the member menu. The network menu matches the sidebar width.
  • Left and right click both open the member menu. The oper key badge matches the profile card.
  • The unread line takes no height and sits between messages. A finished workflow with no steps shows no waiting text.
  • Mobile: older history keeps its scroll position on WebKit, long-press closes the keyboard so the actions sheet shows, and swiping a side pane goes back to the member list.
  • Fewer console logs and no probes of github, reddit or Play Store pages.
